SMOKEY THE BEAR

 Ingredients

2 oz Mint Infused Mezcal Tequila

1.5 oz Vermouth (We recommend Carpano)

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Lemon Juice

 Method

Combine, shake and strain ingredients into a Double Rocks or Martini glass.

Add Mint, Lemon and Lime to garnish

PALOMA CLASSIC

 Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila 

2 oz Grapefruit Juice

.25 OZ Lime Juice

 Method

Shake and pour into a Martini glass

AGAVE SUNRISE

 Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila

.25 oz Blood Orange Liqueur 

.25 oz Lime Juice

   .25 oz Coconut Cream 

   .5 oz Peach or Apricot Puree 

   .25 oz Blood Orange Puree

Ginger Beer

 

 Method

Prepare a Double Rocks glass with a hibiscus rim.

In a shaker, combine alcohol, lime juice, coconut cream and puree.

Shake and strain into the glass

Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a drippy Hibiscus flower and a slice of orange.

PALOMITA

 Ingredients

2 oz Tequila 

1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice 

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice 

.25 OZ Grapefruit Liqueur 

 Method

Shaken and poured over ice. 

Top with Orange Liqueur Float (We recommend Grand Marnier)

FIT MARGARITA

 Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila 

2 oz Lime Juice 

A dash of Agave syrup.

 Method

Shake and pour into a Martini Glass

Garnish with a Orange Liqueur Float (We recommend Grand Marnier)
