Can I just come for one day?
Yes, Absolutely!
Can I make a group booking?
Absolutely! Email [email protected] with your group details and we will get your reservation confirmed while supplies last!
What are your payment methods?
All cards accepted through Stripe, Paypal or Zelle to Sajari Simmons [email protected]
Do I have to attend all of the activities?
No way! You can hang out, chat, take in the scenery, and observe if you prefer. Use your VIP access however you choose!
Are kids allowed?
Yes and all kids are FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. Kid tickets are at very limited capacity so make sure you book early!
Will you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! This is the only event you know where all diets are considered. Even vegan items will be served! If you are someone that never eats when you are out due to health and dietary restrictions let us know when you book and our top chef and bartenders will make sure there is something on the menu just for you!
Are rentals included in the price?
Snowshoe rentals are included. Ski and Snowboard gear will be arranged for NEVER EVER participants if paid in full by Feb 22, 2024. After this date rentals will be distributed while supplies last at a discounted rate.
Is travel included?
Yes! A roundtrip shuttle from the hotel to the exclusive site is included friday, saturday, and sunday. If you are located in the denver area transportation will be arranged on a limited basis while supplies last so book fast!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the heavily discounted price and quick nature in which the event is approaching all sales are final and deposits are nonrefundable.
